Fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani
presented his finest of work in ‘Ambey Valley India Bridal Week’ which presented
his emotions and sensitivity towards Indian brides and there wedding expeditions.The show was opened with soft and
non glossy nude toned pastels, Tarun had a satin gown with side net hangings and
soon it was magnificent sarees, crystal cholis and layered net lehengas, will-power
slinky long creations that did justice to Rachel’s beauty while more with
flouncy hemlines followed with beautiful embroidered godets.
The sequin beaded sari in beige,
the old rose royal line anarkalis, the ivory net sari with a peach petticoat
and stringy choli created enchanting captivity on the ramp. Whites came in with
shades of pink and violet for fully encrusted knee length kurtas with belted
dupattas covered with silver and crystals.For the climax Tarun give a free
rein to a line of the most superb Indian lehengas and multi kali- bridal skirts
with velvet description and gold motifs. Model Nethra Raghuraman was the
show-stopper, wore magnificent leaf design encrusted lehenga with kurti and
glittering dupatta!
